Exchanges and returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We offer exchanges and returns on goods which:

1. Are unworn and in a re-sellable condition
2. Have a swing tags still attached
3. Are placed neatly back into the packaging and returned undamaged
4. Are returned within 30 days of the purchase date

    We cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear.

    How to return a purchase

    If your return meets these conditions, fill out our returns form and make sure to include it in your returns package. For customers within the US, please email us at help@ohmme.com we will be able to send you a returns label free of cost. We are not currently able to cover shipping costs for returns outside of the US.

    How will I know that my return has been received?

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email. If approved, your refund will be processed.
